3) Versant Test (Versant is a quick, reliable spoken English test that is used for recruiting and
training. It is a telephonic test where you need to dial a number and have to dial in a unique
number that has been given and follow the voice instructions.)
Job Profile: Software Engineer
Location: Pune / Mumbai or as per their requirement
CTC/Salary Details:
1) The candidate will be hired at 'Level 1' for 6 months at INR 120000/- per annum. They will remain at Level 1 for 6 months irrespective of them getting deployed earlier to projects.
2) The candidate will be moved to 'Level 2' after 6 months at INR
Drive Date: 17th Dec 2014 in RCPIT Campus (Only online test will be done)
Technical Interviews: Those who got shortlisted based on amcat score verified by Mphasis
cutoff; they need to appear for this round at Pune location campus. This will be schedule in 1st

- This test score is valid for 3 year so all campuses coming those who accept AmCAT score will be open for you
- Note that test score cut off & criteria will be decided by respective company officials.

- This assessment test duration is 3-4hrs as per their module (Quant / Logical/English etc)
- This test of assessment ( 2test) will be conducted in our college campus out of 2 test 1 is for Mphasis & 2 test after 3months and score of that test is valid for 3 years
- Test will be consist of Quantitative / Reasoning / English / Technical / Behavioral patter of questions
- Note that AMCAT is not placement agent they are only assessment company where MNC prefer students with good AMCAT score (Avg. score 600 above out of 900). It is just like PSU & Govt. companies ask for GATE score for their recruitment process.
