Customer Service Executive

Location                        : Bangalore

Qualification                 : B.E/B.Tech (with 60% and above)

Batch                            : 2013

Job Description:

1. Manage customer inquiries and provide end to end resolution.
2. Responding to Customer Queries through mail.
3. Acting as a primary interface for all customer service inquiries.
4. Handling inquiries and reporting to Concerned Authorities.

Skill Set:-

1. Good Written & verbal Communication Skill.
2. Hindi-Verbal & English - Written & Verbal - Both languages are mandatory.
3. Good at negotiation and convincing.

Inbound Direct Sales Associate:

Job Description:

1. To handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively and sell relevant product to the customer based on their requirement.
2. Qualification -Graduate/Under Graduate (Fresher can also apply) with a minimum experience of at least 6 months and more with selling skills.

1. Excellent written & verbal communications skills
2. Confident with ability to multi-task
3. Team Player, positive approach and high energy levels
