Job Position : CATIA Product Support

Job Designation : Technical Support Engineer

Job Category : Core Engineering

Qualification - Eligibility Criteria : (Mandatory) 
# Bachelors Degree in Mechanical/Production/Automobile Engineering
# 0 to 1 year experience in CAD domain. 
# Good English communications skills, both written and verbal required.
# Strong negotiation skills, analytical skills, problem solving skills

Please Note :
1) We are looking for candidates with academics above 60% and above with no gaps or breaks in education.
2) We are looking for candidates who can join us within 1 week (freshers preferred). 
3) BE Mechanical/Production graduates can only apply. 
(CS, IT and all other branches are NOT eligible.)

Job Responsibilities :
# Assist customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues involving Dassault Systemes suite of PLM Products.
# Determine source of customer problem (product based, installation and administration issue) and suggest bypass methodologies if available.
# Coordinate communications between with development team and the customer

Job Profile :
# Assist customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues involving Dassault Systemes suite of PLM Products.
# Reproduce customer issue in-house, this will require recreating the customer environment in-house.
# Determine source of customer problem (product based, installation and administration issue) and suggest bypass methodologies if available.
# Submit and track issue with Development Team
# Validate Solutions provided by development team
# Coordinate communications between yourself, development team, and the customer
# Organize calls with customer to converge upon a resolutions
# Coordinate efforts with R&D and other DS teams to meet customers targets
# Manage defect communications between Dassault Systemes Support & the customer
