TECH MAHINDRA JOINT CAMPUS DRIVE FOR RCPIT @ RAISONI JALGAON ON 21^st & 22^nd Sept13

 Eligibility Criterion

• Education: 2013 Pass out

o   SSC, HSC (or equivalent) – 60 % or above.

o   Graduation & Engineering – 50 % to 59.99% (Overall Aggregate means 1^st to 4^th year aggt). Students above 60% is strictly not allowed

• Branches: B.E/B. Tech (Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, Telecommunication) 

• Gap: Maximum of one year gap only permitted in the entire academic career and that also in-between any two courses only. Gap during any particular course for whatever reason is not allowed. Loss of academic year due to failures will render the candidate ineligible.

• Age: As on 1^st July 2013 should not be more than 23 years and 24 years for BE/B. Tech 

Note: - Above criteria is non-negotiable and Training and Placement Officers are requested to ensure no-ineligible candidate is allowed to participate in the drive. In case any doubt, clarification may please be sought from the HR Recruiter.

• Screening is through:

o   Aptitude/ English Test – 80 Min.

o   Technical Interview

o   HR Interview

o   Result Declaration  

Note: Every test/each stage of screening is an independent filter and only successful candidates will be put through next stage.

• Bond - 2 Years for Rs.1 Lac to be executed at the time of joining.

• Assignment Post Selection - Selected candidate are liable to be assigned to either Mahindra Satyam or Tech Mahindra Ltd for training and employment.

• Training on Joining   - On joining candidates will undergo training for a period of 3 months approximately. Failure to complete this training successfully will result in termination of employment.

•  Place of Posting   -­ Post successful completion of training, candidates are liable to be posted in any of the operational locations of either of these companies.   

•  Documents Mandatorily  Required –

1.   10^th /12^th / If Diploma Mark sheet

2.   BE all Semester mark sheet

3.   Photo ID proof ( College ID / Driving licence /Voters ID etc)

4.   3 Colour Passport size photograph

5.   Updated Resume

6.   Company Application form ( Take print and fill this form & bring at campus day  Download:-Company Application Form )
