Position: Marketing Executive (Trainee)
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Electrical, ECE/EEE/E&I) with MBA in (Marketing) and 65% & above in 10th, 12th,
Skill sets: knowledge in basics of electronics, Microprocessor and Microcontroller concepts, passion for selling, good attitude, excellent communication skills etc.
Locations: Pune, New Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Trivandrum
CTC: Rs.3 lakhs/annum
Job Profile is given below:-
* Generation of Marketing leads through Cold calls, Personal visits, Telephonic calls, Referrals, Emails, etc.
* Sales forecasting and making business plan for the Current and the next financial year.
* Organizing Presentations and Qualifying Prospective clients.
* Perform Technical study and Design conceptualization of RFQs with Technical team.
* Preparation of Costing sheets with details on Margin to Hardware, Software and NRE charges.
* Preparation and submission of Techno-Commercial bids.
* Responsible for meeting Annual Business Targets set by the Company (Key Account Territory Management).
* Submission of Marketing Information Systems on Competition and Markets to Facilitate Management in Decision-making and deriving Strategies.
* Initiate New Product Development based on Market Demand.
* Releasing Work orders and Contract reviews to Projects on receipt of Purchase orders.
* Organizing Preliminary Project Review between Technical team and Customer.
* Coordinating Customer queries and routing them to Design team for clarifications.
* Ensure Payment collections as and when they are due.
* Initiate AMC Contracts as and when Warranty expires.
* Ensure Installation and Commissioning are done on time.
* Seeking Delivery Extensions as and when required.
* Coordinating after Sales/Post Warranty support towards Customer Satisfaction and Retention.
* Active member in process related activities (ISO 9001:2008, AS 9100B, ISMS 27001)
* Familiar in Military standards such as MIL STD 889, MIL STD 70D, MIL STD 461E, MIL STD 810E & F, JSS 55555, RTCA DO178B, etc.
Terms and conditions of employment: The selected candidates have to sign a 3 year Service agreement (BOND) and have to submit the original mark sheets and certificates with us at the time of joining. If they leave the company within 3 years, Liquidity damage (LD) amount will be Rs. 1,50,000/-
