•  B.E/B.Tech [Computers/IT]/M.Tech /MCA/M.sc 
• Candidates MUST have 55 % & above in 10th, 12th, Graduation/Post Graduation Candidates already gone through the recruitment process of Eternus carried out NDMVP & K K Wagh are not allowed for this drive. 
• Should be strong with OOPS + Web development concepts
• Attributes of a strong Team Player 
• Excellent Communication skills 

Bond Details : 

• Bond Period: 24 months from date of Joining 
• Deposit of a fixed amount monthly for the complete bond period (2years) 
• Accrued amount will be reimbursed on completion of bond (2 years)
• Bond Details (In case of breach) Ø 60 K (Against the training provided) Ø Certification Cost Ø Last Six months’ Salary
• Surety signature on the bond agreement
• Training/Probation period 
• Change in Designation after completion of probation period

• Should have good programming skills
• Should have good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good Interpersonal skills to interact with team members

• Familiarity to CRM concepts will be an added advantage Appraisal eligibility after completion of bond period(24 months)
• Committed salary hike of 80% after completion of bond period
